How do I get there and how long does it take?
Flights from the UK to take less than 2 hours.
Porec is ideally situated on the west coast of Croatia, less than 70km from Pula Airport and around 120km from Trieste Airport in Italy.
Ryan Air offer regular (2-4 times weekly) and reasonably priced flights from Stansted to Pula from end March to End September/October
ThomsonFly runs weekly from Gatwick to Pula during the period May to October and flights from Birmingham and Manchester are available although schedules are subject to change
The budget airline Jet2 has recently announced its spring route from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Manchester to Pula, flying several times each week from May until September
Ryanair provides an everyday, all year round service from Stansted to Trieste which is only around an hour’s drive from Porec. The motorway directly into Istria makes this an easy and convenient option.
Easyjet currently fly twice a week from Gatwick to Pula at reasonable prices
Norwegian Airlines currently fly 5 times per week from Gatwick to Pula
There are many other flights into airports within 1-2 hours drive also to Istria and we would be happy to help advise on the best available options.
How do I get to and from the airport?
There is a regular bus service from Pula to Porec and the fare is currently 40 Euro per person.
Of course there are many taxis outside the airport and you are welcome to use those. They charge anything between 90 and 140 Euros depending on how many passengers. However, you might find that they are expensive and therefore we offer cheaper transfers. Please contact us for a quote.
